IPS-Portchannel-EtherChannel Load Balancing

I have two 4506 switches and 2 IPS 4260
I have problem med Interfaces unjoin and join portchannel
GigabitEthernet3/23 left the port-channel Port-channel1
GigabitEthernet3/23 joined port-channel Port-channel1

The IPS interfaces
