IPS service part number

Hi...

We have received an ASA 5540 w/AIP SSM 20 included.We have requested for 3 year warranty and signatures updates to be included in this purchase. The support part numbers received were

SP-SFSW-ASAINC20 (price included with appliance), description: IPS-SP SIG AND SW AIP SSM-20 included in ASA systems

SP-SFSW-AS4A20K9 (separate price listed), description: IPS-SP SIG AND SW ASA5540 w AIP-SSM-20,4GE + 1FE,3DES/AES

I would like to know what these two part number covers.

All help is appreciated.

Hi,

The SP-SFSW-ASAINC20 looks as though it covers the Smartnet and IPS updates for the AIP-SSM-20 module by itself and the second one should be for the Smartnet and IPS updates for the AIP-SSM-20 which is included in an ASA bundle.
