Is performance affected if sfr, inspection_default, and class-default are all applied?

In my current ASA configuration I am running the following policies. Does all traffic have to pass through each policy before it can proceed?

Can inspection_default and class-default be deleted if sfr is doing inspection?

-##It goes in sequential scan. If your sfr matches before class default the
default won't be applied

For the record, since I have no XP with SFR how can I see SFR performance live? Is there something similar with "show perfmon"?
