isakmp key issue

I have a client that no documentation of the PIX they have and the have 4 Tunnels setup. They are moving and are getting new IP's. I remember to view the isakmp keys was to do a wr net to a tftp server and it shows the passwords. I have done this but it's still showing encrypted passwords, what could be the reason why it is not working.

Are you sure you are looking at encrypted keys as you can use a lot of characters in a key other than letters and numbers.

Could you post a portion of one key as an example of what you mean by encrypted.

We have known set of passwords that we use but it's showing ******* right now.
