ISE 1.4.0.253 client provisioning WinSPWizard with Win 8.1

Hi,

We have Cisco ISE version 1.4.0.253.

We're trying to install user certificate via client provisioning by using  WinSPWizard 1.0.0.46.

Our tests worked well on windows 7 (64 bits) , but we are not able to make it work with windows 8.1 (64 bits) !

I've been searching a while on your site to find out if the  WinSPWizard 1.0.0.46 works with Win 8.1 but with no results.

On windows 8.1 we get the message "Device is not supported".

Which WinSPWizard  is compatible with win 8.1- win 10 on ISE 1.4?

Note: I also tried previous versions of WinSPWizard but with same results.

How can we make it work? .. New version of WinSPWizard , patchs , upgrade?

Hi there, can you confirm that the device that is failing on-boarding/provisioning is being correctly profiled by ISE as Windows 8.1?
