ISE is struck at boot mode, unable to reach the ISE IP

Hi There,

There is an issue in reaching ISE server. while tracing the IP , found the node is down and then ISE is struck in Boot mode.

is this error because of server do not have loading image? or image is not loaded from right path(local disk/LUN/CD,DVD).

in the image as you can see, it asks for enter image option and then press enter, it does not take any option but when you enter , it get struck at booting from local disk.

PS: server hard disk is working fine.

It looks like a problem with the image on appliance.

I would advise contacting Cisco TAC for an investigation and probable appliance replacement.
