Issue FTD firepower 1010 But can't ping test

cisco firepower 1010 FTD version 6.6.1 (not register smart license)

I config NAT on FTD yesterday ping test pass and I shutdown firepower.

but today start firepower ping test again result ping fail.

display CMD PC1 show request timeout.

display CMD PC1 show Destination host unreachable.  

How can I solve the problem?

The first thing have you saved the config, how are you managing FTD using FDM ?

what destination are you pinging?  what is the PC1 IP address? post config information here to assist you.

you must have forget to save the configuration on the firewall. therefore when you restart the firewall ping failing as it does not have the save config. therefore. next time save your configuration prior to shutting/power off the firewall.
