Hello,
When I log into https://tools.cisco.com/sch/, I am prompted to accept a license agreement, however when I scroll to the bottom of the page to Accept the agreement I see the following error:
Click Accept Error
Your connection has timed out. Please reload.
This happens on my Mac, I've tried using Safari and Chrome (regular and private browsing modes) and I have tried on a Windows computer in Edge and Chrome but I get the same error (regular and private browsing modes).
Does anyone know how I can get this license agreement Accepted please?
Thank you

@MistrJoLI I was able to log in to the SCH portal at https://tools.cisco.com/sch/ via clicking through from an ASDM instance, but I am pretty sure it is being deprecated.
SCH transport for licensing is definitely being deprecated: https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en_us/buy/collateral/call-home-migration-to-smart-transport-notification.pdf
The User Guide is dated 2013! There is a community forum here: https://community.cisco.com/t5/smart-call-home/ct-p/4816-smart-call-home. The FAQ posted there in 2016 already noted the feature was in "sustaining" mode with no new feature planned.
You are better off using the CLI analyzer to check your ASAs for security advisories. https://cway.cisco.com/cli/

Thank you for looking. What OS & browser were you using please?
I even found a machine with Internet Explorer on to try to accept the agreement (spoiler alert - IE didn't even load the https://tools.cisco.com/sch/ website).

What is the original issue you are trying to solve?
SCH (Smart Call Home) is generally a device feature and not a directly user-facing tool that would require a license be accepted vi online form.
The current list of Cisco tools ins now under the following page:

Thanks for the reply Marvin, good question! I want to see a list of my SCH connected devices and any messages they may have generated or if they're affected by any security advisories. The issue occurs as follows.
From the ASDM, under Device Management --> Smart Call-Home there is a link under the "Enable Registered Smart Call-Home" setting named "SCH Portal".
When I click this link I'm taken to https://tools.cisco.com/sch/ in my browser, which then redirects me to the Cisco login page to auth access.
This text is a separator, as before my edit it looked like the below login page was at the above URL! - The below login screen is at a https://id.cisco.com/oauth2/default/v1/authorize ........... address
When I authenticate I am taken to the license agreement, which when I click accept I am logged out and shown the following error.
This issue occurs over different browsers - I'm not leaving it a long enough time for the connection to time out before I click the Accept button.
Thanks again

Thank you for your help Marvin, I'll look at the CLI analyser to check for the security advisories.
I wonder if you're able to log into the https://tools.cisco.com/sch/ site because somewhere along the line you've already accepted the agreement I was prompted to?

I may well have accepted the agreement at some point. I am using various Cisco online tools almost daily for several decades, so chances are good that I logged in in the (distant) past.
