Issues with loading images on ASA 5520

I have this problem which has been going on now for about a week now.  I want to run it by ysome of you before I get CiscoTAC involved.

When attempting to load any image on the ASA (ASA, CSD, AnyConnect or ASDM) via the ASDM wizard or cli with TFTP; the ASA will attempt to upload the image and then at the same point with crash and reboot without finishing uploading he image.  The ASA comes back up after the reboot and operates fine, just never uploads the images.

I have tried getting rid of all the older stored images and old files on the ASA and still to no avail.

Has anyone experience this?  and if so what was the resolution?

Thanks

Frank

I would try to run

fsck disk0:

Then try to tftp if that shows a problem, I'd suggest doing

format disk0:

TFTP after this fails, then you would have to open a TAC case and get the unit replaced.  We do not RMA just the flash.
