l1chain certificate

Hello,

I have problem adding a L1Chain certificate from entrust.

The message I receive is : INFO: Certificate has the following attributes: Fingerprint: "....." % Error in saving certificate: Status = FAIL

I have been able to import the root certificate, but I can not import the L1Chain certificate and  I can not import the identity certificate which, as you may know, is really urgent to have it imported in

Hi,

Are you trying to import the certificate using ASDM? If yes, can you try importing through CLI and see if it works fine? Looks very similar to:

CSCua02570    ASA nointeractive trustpoint auth fails with Incorrect fingerprint

Workaround is to import through cli.
