PIX debug

HI

I got a PIX 501 in our environment, we are not able to access www.icicibank.com from Windows 7/8 platform but we can access from Windows XP platform. Is there anyway to debug from PIX? We tried different PC and different switchport but the same situtation.

 

Can anyone help?

You can view whether the traffic is making it to the ASA and whether it is leaving the ASA.  You can then view whether it is coming back and going through the ASA.

 

So if you are on a machine running windows 7...the website does not come up.  But if you are plugged into the same exact port on your switch with a Windows XP box, the site does come up?

 

• Is DNS configuration the same?

• Can both devices ping the resolved IP address of the website in question?
