Thank you for the quick response. I saw that document and Im not sure that helps me. I am trying to write procedures on how to clear the 3524 of all memory so that I might remove it from a secure location. Your document does not give any information as it pertains to the 3524 specifically. If Cisco does not provide an LOV for the 3524, that is fine I just need to know.
