Licence Transfer from one ASA to another due to EOL

We have a cisco ASA5510 EOL with UC Phone Proxy Licence,

and we're buying  a new one ASA5512-X now to replace it.

Is the licence running on the old one transferrable to the new ASA-5512-X or should we get anew one.

The licenses are not transferable.

Phone proxy is no  longer offered for new deployments. It is replaced with Phone VPN, a feature included with AnyConnect Plus (and AnyConnect Apex).

You should test and setup Phone VPN on your phones now (requires provisioning new profiles in UC Manager and deploying the new ASA's SSL certificate) and then they would be ready to move to the new mode of operations on the new hardware.
