Getting the "no valid license" error and can't display alarms. I tried this;
cp /usr/nr/etc/.lt/license-all.lic /usr/nr/etc/licenses
but no joy. Any other ideas?

I have documented this issue on multiple occassions with the TAC. The only "fix" I've found is to either reboot the VMS box or stop/start the system processes via the CW2k server admin properties.

A reboot worked. Thanks very much.
