Licenses CISCO ASA 5500

Hi Everybody

Thanks in advance for your help.

My company have a CISCO ASA 5505.

Until a few days ago, only with the base license. And we have activate up to 25 AnyConnect Essentials.

We bought a "Security Plus license", for use VLAN Trunk Port.

The problem is: the AnyConnect Essential now is "Disable".

How could I fix this problem?

The different licenses overwritten one to the other?

If now I enter the "Anyconect Essential" license (in theory, in base license), I lost the VLAN Trunk Port property?

The licensing team may have made a mistake when issuing your new activation key.

If you email them via license@cisco.com or open a TAC case, they should be able to re-issue you a Security Plus license PAK that does not overwrite the AnyConnect Essentials license. They may ask for the original (earlier) activation key or PAK that you had for AnyConnect to confirm that earlier purchase.
