I have a Guest wireless interface that is being overloaded with clients accesing the x.dal.llnw.net sites.(Limeware and other Akimia locations).  I do have a traffic policy on the interface limiting traffic to 3mb in/out.  Is there a way other than using some web filter like Baracuda that I can limit the traffic to the subnets  for these sites.

There are many solutions depending on what devices you have and how granural you want to be:

1. ASA with policing - but that is inly for L3/L4 class-map (IP/Port based). You can not use L7 class map for traffic limiting.

2. You can use IOS with ZBF and traffic policing for L7 class-map. So - for IOS you can be very specific about traffic you want to rate-limit.

3. You can use cisco WSA for that - again very granular to application/user. The same with ASA-CX or Cisco Cloud Services.

4. If you have CSM or ACE you can also be very specific.
