mac based authentication on cisco anyconnect vpn client

HI,

My ASA 5520 is authenticatiing cisco anyconnect vpn clients.I want to authenticate user based upon mac address or device id

is it possible.Kindly advise

You can use the DAP policies to verify the user's MAC address against a database, but you can't use the MAC address as the exclusive authenticator.
