Mail with file attachment throught PIX 515

My customer have pb with mail which have attachment.

Since Pix was installed,mail with attachment do not go throught the PIX.

I want to know if the Pix 515 is responsible for this situation ?

unless you have any mail sweeper or mail relay that can cause this problem, it is possible that the fix up function on the pix may cause this problem.

try to disable the "fix up" of smtp, you can see it on the pdm or command line of the pix.
