Hi,
I have a new IPS-4240 were I cant get the managmet port to work, no green LED's.
The port is connected to a Catalyst 3750 and i have tried to change cabel and port, but with no luck.
I do get to set IP address on the interface, and I can ping my self, but not out to the def.gw.
Anyone seen this? Or have any tip on what to check before I call my rep.

Hello Mikael.
- Is either of the LEDs on the sensor's Management interface lit (amber or green, solid or flashing)? What about the switch port's LED(s)?
- Are both the sensor's Management interface _and_ the switch port set to Auto speed/duplex?
- You are using a straight through cable, right?
- How do the 'show interface' outputs from both the sensor and switch look?
