Migrate bulk policy rules using Postman in Cisco

I am trying to create bulk of policy rules using Cisco FMC API Explorer or API Client Postman.

 Any help or guidance is appreciated.

Yes it is clear for me to use api explorer examples to add one policy using api, but in case of bulk how I will create the JSON code that I will paste in the api-explorer or Postman raw data area.

I believe there is Python code that can transfer an csv file with access policy values to JSON as explained by cisco in their example Object bulk push using the api below.
