Need help in migrating IPSEC VPN to other ASA configured thru certificate. I am not sure if already generated certificate would work with new ASA or not. Do I need to generate new certificate and get it signed from CA or previous would work.

what are you using as subject name or subject alternate names?
you might need to move the hostname/public IP to the new ASA or re-issue a cert.

We shall be using same hostname/Public IP but upgraded ASA. You can say everything shall be same except ASA.
