Migration from FWSM to ASA 5585

 Hi we are planning to migrate from FWSM to ASA 5585,the current version of FWSM is 4.1.I have few queries in this,

1.I have seen conversion tool in ASA,will this tool convert the entire configuration including the rule set.

The Major difference would be with the Interface configuration from VLAN on FWSM to Physical interface on the ASA device.
