Of course you can depends just on how many interfaces or VLANs you have.
Usually you have:
interface inside = corporate LAN
outside interface = outside Interface leading to the internet.
All other interface you are free to do what you want or even you could use the internal (inside) to use as a DMZ. But it is better to use dedicated separated zones for a DMZ and separate it from the internal LAN.
