Multiple access-group in ASA Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.1(5)16

Hi Folks, 

I have been trying to configure multiple access-group in same interface in asa Version 9.1(5)16. But, i am able to configure only on access-group per interface. 

Can you please clarify me that, how many access-group can be configured per interface? and also please post the basics or facts about access-group in asa.

Hi,
You can only apply an ACL in each direction (inbound and outbound) on an interface. E.g.

access-group OUTSIDE_IN in interface OUTSIDE
access-group OUTSIDE_OUT out interface OUTSIDE

Thank you for the prompt response. Could i take this - We can configure
only one access group can be configured per interface?

Only 1 ACL can be configured per direction per interface. Normally you'd only apply the ACL in the inbound direction.
