Hi All,
I have a small problem. I need to point abc.mydomain.com and zyx.mydomain.com using the same public address to two different servers in my DMZ. I am not sure how to pass this through the ASA. How can ASA interpret that these are two separate domains and send them to the correct server?
Thanks in advance
Michael

Not possible with ASA. You would need some type of load balancer to do this (Cisco ACE for example).
You should point them to two separate public IPs
Or run both websites on one server and use HTTP host header

Hi Roman,
Thanks for your response.
We have been trying to avoid using the same web server and are looking at saving on costs of load balancers. I will leave this topic open for a few more days in case anyone else has any ideas
Thanks
Michael
