hello

we have a asa5510, which has an external range configured on the device ie:

60.10.10.0/29 so say 60.10.10.1 - 60.10.10.6

i.e.

!

interface Vlan2

nameif outside

security-level 0

ip address 60.10.10.1 255.255.255.248

!

this range is full hosting ssl websites, so our dc have given us another /29 range.

how can this be added to the existing interface? without affecting the current range

Thanks

(note made up ip's)

You do not need to assign any of the IPs to a physical interface. As long as the new subnet is routed to the outside interface of your ASA then you can simply use this new range for NAT etc.
