NAC Configuration

I have a wireless network that is seen by the VPN 3000 concentrator as one IP address. If I have one person logged onto the vpn and then a second person tries to logon the vpn, the first person gets booted off with a reason 427 error. On the event log of the Cisco VPN concentrator I see an error of NAC is disabled for peer. It seems I cannot have more than person connect to the vpn that is coming from the same IP address. How do I configure my VPN Concentrator to allow for more than one client to connect if they are behind one IP address?

This section describes the installation process that you perform to run ACS, which runs on a Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003, or on a Cisco Secure ACS Solution Engine (ACS SE).
