Hi ,
Can CAM/CAS be deployed in HA over WAN?. CAM1/CAS1 in DC1 and CAM2/CAS2 in DC2.
Thanks all

Victor,
Not supported. To make this work in any case you're looking at extending L2 VLANs across your WAN with LAN-like latencies. If you can manage that, then it might work, but in current versions geographically dispersed HA setups aren't supported.

Hi Faisal,
This is what i'm thinking , extending L2 VLANs across WAN with LAN-like latency. But i want to know what are these values (delay, bandwith) between sites so i don't have problems with the HA?. The customer wants to implement HA with one server in one DC and one server in DC(the solution involves NAM HA , NAS HA and Profiler HA) with L2 connection between them over WAN.
Thanks,

Victor,
Latency should be less than 200 msec and ample bandwidth so the CAM can do it's heartbeat and synchronization of it's databases.

Faisal
