Hello, I am new to the FMC firepower management center. I just have a question about the nat policies. I use an ASA 5525-X managed by my FMC. When creating the nat policy, I must choose Firepower nat or FTD nat and what is the difference between the two types of nat.

You need to choose FTD NAT.  Firepower NAT is for ASA firepower module and not an ASA that is running a full version of FTD.

My ASA is 5525-X with sfr module so i have to choose FTD nat.

No, if you are running ASA software with the SFR module then you should be choosing Firepower NAT.
