If the source 192.168.114.1 is asking for destination ip 192.168.1.9 then the inside serial interface should be able to to tell that the source host with ip 192.168.114.1 is asking for 112.1.1.5 then it will be routed through serial1.
Now when the packet is coming to outside interface from source 112.1.1.5, then outside interface should be able to tell that the source is 192.168.1.9 but not 112.1.1.5 and it must be routed to the detination it is iasking for.

Hello Muhammad,
You can do a static one to one to make this work
static (outside,inside) 192.168.1.9 112.1.1.5
That will make it happen
