Need documentation for Cisco FTD 4100 to FTD3100 migration on same FMC

We are running 4100 on FMC, which we plan to migrate to FTD3100. However, I couldn't find any source on how to do that! FMC 7.4.2 does not support migration from FTD4100. Any suggestions?

Some manual work is required.

Create a new 3100 with the same interfaces, zones, routing etc as the 4100 series device. Assign the same ACP, NAT, platform policies to the new device. Manually copy over any VPN configurations. Then, when you are ready, shutdown or disconnect the data interfaces from the 4100 and bring them up on the 3100.
