need help in analysing crash file - cisco asa

Hi Netpro team,

can anyone please help me in identifying the crash file from cisco asa firewall. problem was that this firewall rebooted automatically on 12th-ABC-2011. I have edited the device details of the crash file, in order to bring the confidentiality. firewall rebooted and came up automatically. this firewall is loaded with ips module ASA-SSM-40 ver 6.0(6)E4, sign: S539.0

basic level troubleshooting i did was the below..

1. From the Stack dump //  '*': stack pointer at crash // i checked the line and it was

// 0x0x759eb0c0: 0x00000024 *

2. cpu, memory usage was normal

Hi Rajesh,

I would suggest you to open a tac case for it, so that the engineer can investigate the cause of the crash. If you cannot do that my sduggestion would be to upgarde to the latest version in the train.
