I have some servers in my inside network. all of them having public IPs.
Do i need to NAT these Public IPs with the same Public IPs???
Can i use NO NAT for these servers and permitt all traffic from outside to these servers?
Is there any way to NAT a range of IP address, say 192.168.2.0/24 is my public IP range
can i NAT like this??

All you are saying is correct, yes you can Nat these IPs to the same IPs, you can do NoNat for the servers and you can also do:
