Newbie pix 501 inside address question

I need to change the inside address of my new Pix 501 from the default to 202.202.202.102. When I attempt this through the html interface it barks (Interface address is not on same subnet as dhcp pool) and errors trying to send the command. I've disabled dhcp as I'm using our internal dhcp scope to provide the gateway and dns info.
