NO ip assigned by DHCP provider

Good morning, I have a problem with the asa 5510, Outside, we connect to the Internet via two different connections and our provider assigns us Dhcp ip, the problem is the proximity of the assigned ip and the second interface does not assign ip, "any solution...

Interface 0/1 - dhcp -- 80.50.2.15

Interface 0/2 - dhcp -- does not assign ip, should be -- 80.50.2.xx

I assume config on both interface is the same.

Maybe your provider uses mac authentication, and you have to let them know wich mac-address is on Interface 0/2 so they can allow it?

Right, use MAC authentication, but that's not the reason, I add the mac and I acquire the correct ips but never in the two interfaces at the same time. IF I turn off 0 / 2 --- 0 / 1 ip and vice versa takes too but never both at once
