No output on ASA 5525X console port

Hello.

I have a pair of Cisco ASA5525-X in failover configuration which I would like to reconfigure. I have ssh access to them via the mgmt interface.

The issue I'm having is access to the console ports. Neither console port in the pair is showing any output. I have tried two laptops, two usb serial adapters and two flat blue console cables. The laptops and cables work every time connecting to other cisco gear via Putty, but I cannot get any output from these ASA 5525Xs, even on startup.

I don't think it could be configuration causing this since I see no startup messages, but the configs are synced between the units. Both 5525 units are behaving exactly the same.

Ideas?

Did yoh use this in PC console ?

Yes, I can take this exact laptop, cable and software and connect to any other Cisco console with no problems.

Did you generate any rsa key ?

If not add command above in active and try access via ssh.

ssh is working fine. It's the console port that I cannot access. Thanks
