Do you mean having ACL ID/name as number??
access-list 100 permit tcp any any eq www --> this is allowed.

Are takling about the line number in the ACL feature ?
Yes you can if you have the correct PIX OS version.
PIX 6.3.x has it and FWSM 3.1 too.
Syntax:
[no] access-list id [line line-num] ......
