Original Client IP Not Available in Events

The Original Client IP column in event logs is empty. 

Our webservices are protected by our CDN reverse proxy. We are receiving traffic fine from the Proxy, but due to the nature of anycast, HTTPS requests appear to be arriving from regions we do not permit in our Geo-location policy.

This is why we are interested in the Original Client IP.

We have configured our proxy service to add the True-Client-IP and Visitor location headers.

The “true-client-ip” for “xff_headers” in the HTTP_INSPECT inspector are enabled.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
