i want to configure nat outside to inside and allow traffice of subnet 172.16.20.0/24 but only outlook traffice allow

Hi,
To create NAT statements , you need to check which version of ASA code are you on ?
ASA 8.2 + and below or ASA 8.3+.
You should check for Port Forward NAT:-
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/asa83/upgrading/migrating.html
