Patching CNR, ACS, and Ciscoworks servers.

Are there any known issues/recommendations/guidelines regarding applying Microsoft patches to CNR, ACS, and Ciscoworks servers? I've never run any Cisco software products on Windows until recently and want to be sure we don't cause problems.

I'm running ACS3.2 and CW2k-LMS and VMS on Win2k server within our Active Directory. All updates are installed with no issues to date.
