Hi ,
i have - PIX 515E Ver 6.3.(4) PDM 3.0.(1)
When using win xp with IE6 (and IE8), and trying to access PIX with PDM, after initial authentication, it stucks at message "Loading PIX DEvice Manager, please wait" with hour glass. It used to work earlier. i am able to do telnet.
Also, i have another PIX setup which i am able to access without problem.
In the recent past i have changed my internal router...
Can some one suggest where the problem could be and what should i do. thanks
regards
Rakesh

Pls. try to copy tftp flash:pdm
It will just overwrite it.
Try to load pdm from a PC connected directly to the inside interface subnet.
If the firewall is internet facing open http to an outside address and try to load pdm from a computer on the internet.
If the switch blocks it, pdm wouldn't load half-way and fail.

I hope you have tried with other computers and diff. browsers.
Pls. try to remove the "http server enable" line and put it back and see if that helps.
You can also try to load pdm again (copy tftp flash:pdm) Download it from here: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/pix

Thanks Sankar for the reply.
Yes i tried from other computers too but gives same symptom. I now tried diable and enable http but problem still remains.
For loading pdm again do i need to first delte from flash or it will overright when i do copy?
Do you think 3750G series switches (IP image) has any default security config that might be preventing loading of PDM? (recently i have replaced MSFC funciton on 6509 with 3750G switch.)
thanks once again.
