Phone Proxy Issue - ctl-file creation

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue configuring a phone proxy.  When I enter the command:

(config)# ctl-file ctl_phoneproxy_file

(config-ctl-file)# record-entry cucm-tftp trustpoint phoneproxy_pub_trustpoint address <ip_address>

(config-ctl-file)# record-entry capf trustpoint CAPF_trustpoint address <ip_address>

(config-ctl-file)# no shut

I receive the following errors:

ERROR: Unable to create record entry trustpoints
ERROR: Unable to create CTL file

Any thoughts?  I have imported all of the certificates and followed the guide step by step.

Are you doing this on an ASA?

Yes.  I'm sorry.  That would have been useful to include.  It's a 5520.
