Could someone please tell me what I'm missing here. We've ordered a 50 user upgrade for our PIX 501. What I received was an email with a 6 digit 'Digital License Agreement Number'. How do I apply that to the PIX? I thought maybe the activation-key command, but that requires something other than a 6 digit key. Thanks alot for any advice.

I think you received a PAK Code, you need to register that software. Login with your CCO Account.
Goto:
https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licensing/RegistrationServlet
Another way to abtain that license is to send an email to: mailto:licensing@cisco.com
After that one you have received the Activation key, you can enter it with the activation-key command.
Updates the activation key on your PIX Firewall and checks the activation key running on your PIX Firewall against the activation key stored in the Flash memory of the PIX Firewall.
activation-key activation-key-four-tuple
show activation-key

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately at the online tool referenced, the Product Authorization Key (PAK) is apparently something other than the Digital License Agreement Number provided to me.
I'll give licensing@cisco.com a try.
thanks again, it's much appreciated.
