Hi all,
I have a PIX 501 that is not responding. All the Port LED's remain on and it is not passing traffic. I cannot access it via the console or ethernet ports either. Has anybody come across this before?

If you cannot access the PIX via console, I would call TAC and get it replaced. Is the console cable good? Are you using the correct console settings?

Console cable and hyperterm settings work fine on other units. Thanks for the response, calling TAC...
