So I am doing a project for my capstone IT course in college and I am stuck on a simple problem that I can find no help with. I was given an old PIX 501 firewall that noone remembered the password to. So I searched around and found a tutorial on this website for how to reset it. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/products_password_recovery09186a008009478b.shtml is the one I used. Well it did not work at all and I have repeated several times and still nothing. After the firewall loads up i try to enter enable mode and it asks for a password. I try typing cisco, password, and evey other obvious default password and still nothing. Can anyone help me with this issue?

there is no enable password, just hit enter. If still asks for password then the password recovery procedure was not good
