Pix 501/Road Runner - loses connection

I've got a 501 with Road Runner. After configuration everything worked fine. But after a few mins 3-7, I lose connection to the internet. Its not RR as I can jack in on their cable router and still get out. If I power cycle the pix, everything comes back up. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried flashing the PIX back to factory defaults and re-running setup? Also, RR sometimes acts flacky if you are bring the device attached to it up and down. power everything down then power up RR and wait 1 minute. then power up the PIX. That usually clears out any temporary connection issues w/ RR.
