Dear All,
I am Network Admin. for an IT company, we have few numbers of PIX firewalls
spreaded between our branches...
Few days ago One of those PIX Firewalls "PIX 506E" stopped working
properly... I tried to access it using Console interface but failed to get
into the box...
When I try to connect with console and power On the Box I got the following:

and the cursor stopped response and that is everything I can get from the
PIX....
I tried to connect it directly to my Laptop using Cross cable but I did not
get any feedback except that the Ethernet Led started work with green
light..
I tried to ping the PIX after adjusting my Laptop's IP address to be in the
same segment but I got request timed out.
The Power Led and Network Led gave me green Light and in the back interface
the Console, Act and Link for both Ethernet interface gave me the same green
light...
Please help me to figure out the problem and how to solve it Sooner...
