I've got a PIX 515. Prior to my attempt to upgrade, it was running 6.3(3). I tried loading 6.3(5) but get the following after doing an upgrade:

I can load older images, such as 6.2(4), which work just fine.
I've downloading the 6.3(5) image twice to ensure that it's not the file that's bad.
I've also tried installing using copy tftp flash and from monitor mode. Both have the same effect.
Any ideas?
