Quick question. Is it possible to run DMZ software on teh PIX 515-FO-BUN or do we hav eto upgrade to the R or UR model?

You can't use one PIX-515-FO-BUN in stand alone. You need to use it together with PIX-515-UR-BUN.
So, if you don't need failover, you can use
PIX-515-R-BUN and add one 1-FE card.
