We have just recently aquired a 515 and have loaded the latest code rev's for ios and PDM however on the bench the laptop we are connecting to the inside does not run up PDM it just shows page cannot be displayed.
we have used the default wizard to set it up and installed the Java client on the laptop which works with our other Pix's
Can anyone give me a rundown of likely issues so that I can try them as I am at a loss.
Many thanks

Issue this commands and see if this will help:
ca zero rsa
ca gen rsa key 512
This should regenerate the rsa public/private key

Many thanks however that did not help, what is the least amount of config required to get the pix pdm working as I can blow the config down to it's least.
Cheers

make sure you are connecting to HTTPS://PIX-IP and not HTTP://PIX-IP
i used to have a bad habit of initially trying to log in using plain old http. its wrapped in ssl.
also try these:
http server enable
pdm history

Definately make sure you are using https://w.x.y.z to login. There are some browser cache issues with IE that have caused problems. Also if you are running any software that "blocks" pop-ups it will probably stop the first screen in PDM from coming up, Some "blocking" software see PDM as a pop-up.
Make sure you have
HTTP SERVER ENABLED
and
the source IP Address of the PC you are accessing the PIX/PDM from.
A,B.C.D 255.255.255.255 inside (or outside)
Without a source, you probably won't get there.
